Film entry guidelines 2012
Welcome to a new year with oppportunities to show your film to the dedicated audience at The Norwegian Mountain Film Festival 2012.
Deadline for entries: 1st of July.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE July 20th
SCREENING TAPE MUST BE RECEIVED BY August 1st
The forms for submitting your film will be available early march 2012. Please feel free to submit questions and suggestions to us at any time.
IS THERE AN ENTRY FEE?
No, why should there be? You have made a beautiful peace of art, let us honour it.
WICH KIND OF FILMS MAY I SUBMIT?
All kind of films that include nature, environment and/or people. Everything from short films to full length films. The film have to be completed no later than in 2009.
WHO MAY SUBMIT FILMS?
Everyone, either you are a professional or an amateur. The Norwegian International Film Festival only evaluate the quality of the film. Not who’s made it.
PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOUR ENTRY FORM
- 1 DVD screening copy (or digital download through the web)
- A completed entry form with film synopsis Please label all preview DVD’s (files) with your name, film title, and running time.

The festival may accept entries that are in production past the deadline.
IF YOUR FILM IS ACCEPTED
Please provide the following materials:
- Screening format of the film.
- CD (or e-mail) 3 promotional images (300dpi is preferable)
- Press kit with production credits and biographies
- One-sheet posters, if possible.
All photographs or slides should be labeled with the name of the filmmaker, the title of the film, and photographer’s credit. Please note that publicity materials cannot be returned. If your film is accepted, the festival will contact you by July 20th, 2012.
